Premium Plan

Coaching for $500 a month (no set up fee and free premium training peaks account)
Weekly training programs with communication twice a week over the phone or unlimited through training peaks.

Initial consultation – We can either chat on skype, facetime or if you’re in the Austin in person. We’ll cover topics such as health, previous training experience, Family/work/training balance, goals, race preparation.

From there I will formulate an individual program from your answers. I will work out a weekly program and we will have a meeting, either by phone, skype, facetime to make sure you understand the training and the sessions that you have coming up for the next week. We can talk twice a week to make sure you’re comfortable with the training and everything is running smoothly.
Your weekly program will include swim, bike, run and gym. We can modify the program in regards to focusing on one discipline over the other two or focus one two over the other one. I will work with you to formulate the best plan to reach your goals while not sacrificing your work or family life.

Standard Plan

Coaching for $350 a month ($50 set up fee, basic training peaks account. $9 extra a month for a premium account)
Training programs for 2 weeks with communication once a week over the phone and unlimited through training peaks.

Initial consultation – We can either chat on skype, facetime or if you’re in the Austin in person. We’ll cover topics such as health, previous training experience, Family/work/training balance, goals, race preparation.

From there I will formulate an individual program from your answers. I will work out a 2 week program and we will have a meeting, either by phone, skype, facetime to make sure you understand the training and the sessions that you have coming up for the next 2 weeks. We’ll talk a week in to make sure everything is going well and make adjustments if we have to. We can also communicated through training peaks.
Your 2 week program will include swim, bike, run and gym. We can modify the program in regards to focusing on one discipline over the other two or focus one two over the other one. I will work with you to formulate the best plan to reach your goals while not sacrificing your work or family life.

Beginner Plan

Coaching for $200 a month ($50 set up fee, basic training peaks account. $9 extra a month for a premium account)
Training programs for 4weeks and communication once over the phone and unlimited through training peaks.

Initial consultation – We can either chat on skype, facetime or if you’re in the Austin in person. We’ll cover topics such as health, previous training experience, Family/work/training balance, goals, race preparation.

From there I will formulate an individual program from your answers. I will work out sessions for the four week block and we will communicate over phone once to make sure everything is going smoothly. You will also be able to comment on your sessions through the training peaks account in an unlimited fashion and if there is something wrong we can change it as we go.
Your 4 week program will include swim, bike, run and gym. We can modify the program in regards to focusing on one discipline over the other two or focus one two over the other one. I will work with you to formulate the best plan to reach your goals while not sacrificing your work or family life.
